Mr. Cooper will work alongside HealthEdge's investment team and portfolio company management teams to support growth and operational improvement and assist in evaluating new investment opportunities.

Mr. Cooper currently serves as Lead Director at three HealthEdge portfolio companies: Alatus Solutions, Custom Protect Ear, and Veridian Healthcare. His appointment builds on these existing relationships and expands his involvement across the firm's investment and portfolio management efforts.

Mr. Cooper brings extensive executive leadership experience across healthcare services, medical devices and distribution, and business services. He also has extensive experience providing strategic direction and partnering with management teams to drive meaningful value creation, developed over several years as a senior partner in management consulting. Prior roles include leading Secure, Presbia and NVISION, as well as serving as Vice President and General Manager of Henry Schein Medical. His background includes managing both public and private companies across medical transportation, ophthalmology and medical and surgical products.  His board experience spans private, public, and private equity backed companies, giving him a broad perspective across ownership structures and business environments.
