New Oklahoma and Texas travel centers join continued Sbarro and Bojangles growth across the company's portfolio.

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LV Petroleum LLC continues its nationwide expansion with two travel center acquisitions in Oklahoma and Texas, a community ribbon cutting at its Sbarro restaurant in Hillsboro, Texas, and the opening of its 12th Bojangles restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada.

On August 11, LV Petroleum opened a TA Express in Rosenberg, Texas. Two weeks later, on August 25, the company acquired a TA TravelCenter in Coffeyville, Oklahoma. Together, the two additions strengthen LV Petroleum's travel center network and expand its ability to serve professional drivers, travelers and local communities in key markets.

"These acquisitions are about building a stronger network one market at a time," said Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum. "Rosenberg and Coffeyville give us two more opportunities to bring dependable service and long-term investment to the people who rely on these locations every day."

On August 13, LV Petroleum celebrated its Sbarro restaurant in Hillsboro, Texas, with a ribbon cutting offering free pizza for veterans, first responders and senior citizens, creating an afternoon focused on food, appreciation and community.

LV Petroleum has reached another milestone in its partnership with Bojangles, opening its 12th Bojangles restaurant on Flamingo Road, directly across from the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The new location further expands LV Petroleum's growing multi-unit portfolio with the Carolina-born chicken and breakfast brand and reinforces the company's continued investment in bringing proven restaurant concepts to its travel and convenience platform.

"Our food growth is most meaningful when it creates a reason for people to come together," said Jeanette Davis, senior vice president of food for LV Petroleum. "The Hillsboro celebration gave us the chance to recognize veterans, first responders and seniors in the community, while our newest Bojangles allows us to bring another strong dining option to guests in our home market of Las Vegas."

These milestones reflect LV Petroleum's continued strategy of growing its travel center platform while expanding a diverse restaurant portfolio that serves both travelers and the communities surrounding its locations.
