BALTIMORE, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- New Story has named Adam Drudge its Chief People Officer and earned 2026 Most Loved Workplace® recognition for the third consecutive year. The two milestones reflect a shared focus: supporting the people who make New Story's work with students and families possible.

New Story has named Adam Drudge its Chief People Officer and earned 2026 Most Loved Workplace® recognition.

As New Story continues to grow, Drudge will help shape its People priorities, support its teams and strengthen the employee experience. The workplace recognition, based on employee feedback, offers another perspective on that experience. Together, they underscore how New Story's investment in its people connects to its broader work in special education.

Drudge joins New Story from 2U, LLC, an education technology company that partners with colleges, universities and businesses to develop and deliver online programs. He served as Chief People Officer there beginning in 2022, building a People Analytics capability and transforming Human Resources into a more strategic, analytical and business-focused function.

Before joining 2U, Drudge held Human Resources leadership roles at Capital One, Carrier Corporation, Ingersoll Rand and Milliken & Company. At New Story, he will lead the Human Resources team and oversee talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations and talent management.

"Being named a Most Loved Workplace for the third consecutive year is a meaningful reflection of the people who make New Story's mission possible every day," said New Story CEO Jonathan Bicknell. "We're also excited to welcome Adam Drudge as our new Chief People Officer. His experience and perspective will help us continue to invest in our team, strengthen our culture and support the people who advance our mission."

The Most Loved Workplace® recognition is based on employee feedback collected through the Love of Workplace Index™, which evaluates workplace sentiment across factors including respect, collaboration, support and belonging.
